I have a newborn and a toddler. I'm looking for ideas of activities to do at home with the toddler. All we seem to do at the minute is play with cards and build towers. Anyone got any ideas?

What about a bit of cooking, drawing, play with water?

I used to get my toddler to "help" me with everything I did - so dusting, putting things away, changing the baby's nappy, etc etc

Mine just seems to either rampage outside or make me read "each peach, pear plum all day" Grin

Playdoh, pretend food, teddy bears picnic, wellies in garden collecting leaves etc, colouring, build a den Smile
