My dd is 9 weeks old and has grown out of her pram when can I put her in the pushchair part?

Usually from 6 months, for sitting upright. Can the pushchair recline? You may be able to buy an insert to make it flatter.

Prams are normally huge! Which one do you have?

My DD went in my City Mini buggy aged 3 months. She was fine.

What about using a car seat on adaptors?

Depending on pram you can usually get some sort of newborn insert, which is padded more and makes the pushchair part suitable.

Depends if the pushchair has a lay flat option. It should usually state it in the instructions.

DS was in the buggy part at 10 weeks he was a big baby and strong could hold his head up and didn't look squashed I reclined it to the one up from lying flat. It sounds like it's a pram that has a carrycot and pushchair part the pushchair part on those usually can be used from birth too if you choose.

LittleBearPad · 23/10/2014 10:30

Which pram is it?
