Poop question

I did do a search for this but basically found no answers so wondered if new information has come up since.
DD is 16 weeks old, EBF. Usually has nice yellow, seedy, fairly odour free breastfed baby poops. Since Friday her poop has been thick, sticky, green and smells strongly of vinegar.
She is feeding well, well in herself.
Any ideas what could be causing it?

Any help... www.babycentre.co.uk/x543050/why-are-my-breastfed-babys-poos-often-green?

Thanks, it's less the green that's worrying me - more the smell! It's not expect losive or runny - it's thick. She seems to be feeding fine - emptying the breast, only feeds from one side at a time. So I don't think its too much fore milk. We've had that before and it was explosive and watery poop. This is thick. Like a paste. And very vinegary smelling. That's the concern.

Damn autocorrect - explosive not expect losive!

DD had the most horrific vinegar poo when she cut her first tooth - have a little feel see if anythings trying to poke through.
