why would i need one of these? the website is incredibly poorly designed as it doesn't tell you anything about why you would need this product and i just can't figure it out! other than blocking out light while baby is asleep but isn't that overengineering? and possibly unsafe? surely you would want to keep an eye on baby even if they're asleep?

Hmm maybe just to look nice? I wouldn't bother TBH.

It might be useful as a sun shade though. Or if you have a very nosey baby you need to keep asleep.

Yep it's to keep the sun off or block out the environment if they are napping. I used to put a large lightweight muslin over if was walking in a sunny direction with her in the seat. It's not for when in the car.

I think if you look further there is a hefty postage charge so not worth it.

Is this from the bounty pack? You have to pay extortionate postage from the US so not really free

if it's American it may be to keep out the cold. my sister sent me something similar from Canada. it was the bomb in December 2010, year of the 3 week blizzard!

Yes it's from the bounty pack along with some other things made by the same company. The 'free'nursing cover looked good, the extortionate shipping was still cheaper than buying full price, but I have 2 already
