My 6 mo keeps waking every night around the same time

why?!?!?!?! dh is currently away, could this be why? currently she's rolling around her cot creating a bit of noise but isn't crying. She woke a hour ago, I fed her put her back down but yet again she's woken up

My DS does this. It's habit. Just need to go through it a couple of nights not feeding etc just soothing and popping dummy back in and it with break the habit.

After her waking and going back to sleep once I'd soothed her she woke up again, played with her toys but settled herself back down
