Scared 2yo will choke on her sick during the night

She's being sick on and off today but she's been ok enough. Iam worried about when's we are all asleep and if she starts choking . So what do you all do in this situation?

Keep her next to me and DH in the bed.

I always sleep in with mine when they are ill. Having a fun week this week as just as dd1 was recovering from her sickness bug dd2 got it. i am feeling very sleep deprived.

Yeah am bring her in with us she's in her cot just now while I get things sorted out with baby montoir on. Thanks x
