My dd had a pead appointment relating to her milk a couple of weeks ago we've just recieved a copy of the letter today and it says noted epicanthal folds which wasn't mentioned to us at the appointment Ive asked hv about it she said it's nothing to worry about but when I google it all that comes up is downs syndrome l, at birth they noted a single palmar crease and a sandal gap in her toes which the said was because she had talipes due to being breech that has now resolved itself, I was assured by a senior pead on the post natal ward that there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Dd does not appear at all to have ds but I can't help looking at her extra carefully to see if anything stands out please tell me I'm worrying about nothing..

My toddler has epicanthal folds and a single palmer creases. He does not have DS. It's just one of those things I guess. If they have told you not to worry then you relax about it. I forget he has them until reminded!
