They sound as delightful as my family! but guess that's part of people feeling truely comfortable with each other. I don't know I tell myself that to kept myself sane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dp wouldn't pick his nose, leave his nail clippings on the side of the bath,.. yuck yuck yuck

dd wouldn't pick her nose in public (even if it is itchy!)

why do they always want you when you are settling down by yourself for just 5minutes peace.....!

I love my family but I wish........I liked them.

Sad but true and I also wish DD's Grandfather would ask how she is once in a blue moon...but gien blue moons are very rare I guess he probably does

fransmom · 28/09/2006 23:14

(((hugs))) wish

fransmom · 30/09/2006 11:54

one of dd's grandfather's has never asked how she is i went round to a friend of my mother's house (wasn't quite sure how to word that one then - phew) last year, when dd was about 2months and he didn't wven want to know her. he basically said that my siblings and i were no longer (family surname) and that we were therefore (my mother's maiden name). so yes i did call him a rude name and hung up on him. the fact that he is unlikely to call at the moment is hurtful but i refuse to let it run my life anymore - i do miss him but i have the more important job of bringing up my lo to get on with and boy is she a joy to behold
not sure how this helps tho...... [snile]

I love my family but.... sometimes I wish there was a "mute" button so you could just press it when you were in the middle of something important (like posting on here!!) and you wouldn't hear "Muuuuuuum, Mum, MUUUM"!

Hi blondehelen BTW - long time no see you on here! How's yer gravel?

blondehelen · 30/09/2006 12:47

its fine thanks Kbear. The kids have migrated up the road thank heavens. Just got gravel in my knee after falling over running along Brampton Road
