Playing games at bedtime when needing the potty/toilet

My 2yrs 8 mnths old little girl has been potty training for about just over 2 weeks....and it's gone so well until the last couple of nights. After her wind down she goes for her final wee/poo but it's taking about 1 to 2 hours for her to do this. She hops on and off like a yo-yo. Laughs and looks around the bathroom/toilet walls. I'm really unsure of how to tackle this? Will she grow out of this? Or should I simply put her to bed and contest with all the tears? Has anyone else had a similar problem?

I would take her to the toilet and if she doesn't do anything then put her to bed.

I'd be inclined to forget all about making her do a final wee for now - she's turned it into a game, and the longer you let it go on for the harder it will be to stop. Give her two minutes to go to the toilet, and if she won't go then put her straight to bed.
