HELP HELP ....SOMEBODY HELP ME PLLLLEEEAAASSEEE

Before i hurl this pc out of the window can anyone please help me find the WHO definition of health promotion, i have trawled their website but cant find it, i know it talks about enabling and giving control, but i need a date.

and does anyone know how to put a background in bloody power point.

sigh if only i spent more time in lectures and less time on mn

The World Health Organization defines health promotion as "the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve, their health." (WHO, 1986)
