Just wiped my 10month old babys bum after a very soft poo, the first time i wiped there was a few specks of blood then the second time, quite abit more. Do i need to call doctors and worry or is this normal sometimes?

Are you sure its blood...what have they eaten in the last 24 hours?

It could be milk allergy, dd had bloody poo amongst other symptoms. Call the drs.

We had this with dd. 6 hours in A&E to be told that it's normal.

I had this when u was a baby and ended up having life saving surgery. Better safe than sorry. Ask about intestinal intersussception.

I would go over what they have eaten and if nothing obvious springs to mind then call the docs. Better safe than sorry if you can't rule out a dietary reason.

Probably an anal fissure very common. It was def fresh blood not old blood?
