How long should I wait to send DC back to preschool following weekend fever?

DD had a fever Friday pm through Saturday, peaking at 39 degrees. she's been much better today & the fever seems to have passed completely. She's got her energy back a bit & didn't have any other symptoms, so it doesn't seem to have been anything serious. Can I send her to preschool tomorrow (if all is fine through the night & in the morning) or wait another day?

She's rarely ill so I'm not sure of the protocol. Thanks.

send her baxk when you feel she is ready. There is no set exclusion period for fevers

I manage a preschool and wouldn't exclude your dd for a fever
Just let the staff know when you drop her off that she has been poorly but is fine now but to ring if she shows any sign of being poorly again

Sounds reasonable. Thanks!
