Constant "screamer/whinger/crier"

Just throwing this out there .... Is it normal for my nearly 10 month old DS to be such a whinger/crier??

He needs constant attention! Literally to the point of still taking him to the toilet with me.

I'm worried he is strange? Or there is something wrong.

He's actually known amongst our group as "the screamer/crier/whinger"

He does however, eat & sleep very well.

Have I just got one of those babies??

Please help .... Today is a FUCKING bad day!!!

My ds was so placid . My dd was like this I didn't enjoy her because she made everyday soul destroying. She's nearing 2 and thousand times better. Think our rough patch lasted from 8-16 months. I feel your pain x

I wouldn't entertain taking to the toilet with me tho . Your allowed that small mercy :-)

Just high needs babies! He's been like it from the moment he was born. I am not kidding you!

Let's hope it means he is a top toddler!!!

Mine was like this from 8 months - he was known as the whinger by all my friends. And yes toilet trips too.

He's still pretty clingy and high needs at 4.5 yrs tbh, it's just him. But on the upside he is very loving, affectionate and lots of fun.

Yep same here! Very happy if she's CONSTANTLY attended too and getting her own way. She comes to the loo with me and if she had her way she'd be sat on my lap. The tantrum that ensues if I shut the door on her is not worth the privacy

My ds was like this. It was just unbearable at times. He is now 13 and very bright, high achiever at school, I really think his whinging as a baby was due to frustration. His mental capacity far out weighed his physical ability so he got fed up and frustrated.

I have one of these too, she's 14 months old and it's hard work! The total opposite to my eldest daughter who was such a laid back baby and toddler.
