Daughter who refuses to use the loo to poo

I started training my two and a half year old daughter about a month ago, and everything was fine. She told me when she wanted to wee and poo. In the last week however, she will not poo in the loo but does it in her knickers. I am at my wits end as any normal enticements do not seem to work. Any ideas?

Ds1 did this for ages, but as he usually went first thing in the morning i made him sit on the loo until he did it; made a big fuss of the plop noise etc and after that first time he was ok.
