Delivery notes will be kept at the hospital you gave birth at up until the dc 21st birthday if memory serves me right.

It is also in the red book (UK) or newborn released notes from the hospital (abroad)

Sorry this is a 2005 red book I just checked DD2's which was given last year and I can't see any places for Apgar. I can't believe that they stop making a newborn release review and give it to the parent though! Shock

I happen to have a red book from 2001 next to me on my desk- no Apgar scores.

DinoSnores · 04/09/2014 14:13

No Apgar scores in my DCs's red books but we got given a copy of the discharge note for us both so I'm sure that would have it on it if I cared what it was.

DuPainDuVinDuFromage · 04/09/2014 15:18

It was on the discharge note for my DD2 a month ago - I assume the same format is used everywhere in England and Wales?
