what time does your 22mth wake/sleep?

Mine does about 6.15 wake up and 6.15 bed. Nap is 12.30 - 2ish.

DS is waking up about 5.30 at the moment (hoping this will change soon as the mornings get darker, it did last year). Naps 12.30-2.30 usually and bed about 8.

That sounds similar toy 20 month old's sleep apart from if we are lucky he sleeps until 6.15 he goes through stages of sleeping longer but then reverts back to waking up stupidly early, there doesn't seem to be much logic behind it.

7ish wake up (any time from 6:45 to 7:15) a nap for an hour around lunchtime then in bed for 7:15.

7-7.30 bed and sleep through to 7-8 ish. Naps for 1-3 hrs after lunch most days.

7 till 6.30/6.45. nap 12.30-2.30ish. She rarely wakes in the night and luckily for us she never has, although she was a bit prone to early waking for a while until we got a groclock.

DD 2 - nearly 21 months. Wakes any time between 6.15 and after 7. Usually asleep for 7.15/7.30 or so. Has a lunch time nap that lasts at least an hour, and sometimes 2 hours. Does not wake in the night unless she is ill/teething/has bumped her head on her cot...

Wakes 6.45-7.15
Nap 2pm-5pm
Bed -8pm

He goes to sleep about 8 and wakes at 7, he has a two hour nap at about 2pm when we have morning plans. Otherwise he will nap about 11am-1pm.

What am I doing wrong?? My DS (21mo) goes to bed between 7-8pm. If he wakes once in the night, he'll wake for the day at 6.30. The last 2 nights, he's slept through and woken at 5-5.30!!

He also only has a 40min nap (on rare occasions will have an hour) at around midday. On Saturday he didn't nap at all!!

I don't think he's got to the chapter in the book yet that says he should be sleeping 12 hours at night and 2-3 hours in the day!!

You're not alone mb34. My dd 22 months sleeps 7.30-5.30 or with one wake up she might sleep until 6.30. She has a nap in the day but only for an hour and not everyday. Maybe 5 out of 7 days in the week.
