I'm surprised it has that many signatures when it is so poorly written. What is the second point asking for? What do you actually want? Training for GPs? A review of the guidelines? It's very confusing.

I agree that it's poorly written. I took it to mean training for GP's to be able to treat reflux effectively rather that referring to paediatricians or the parents having to resort to A&E.
