Bottle or cup 11 months

I'm still breastfeeding my 11 month old. I'd like to move her onto either bottle or cup so I can wind down the breastfeeding. I'm also hoping that it might improve her frequent night wakings as I boob her back to sleep each time she wakes.

At 11 months I'm not sure whether to put her on a bottle or a cup. I've tried a cup and she's not taking much milk from it at all. She's still clawing at my boobs.

Should I persevere with the cup?

Goodness yes! Don't use a bottle now or you'll be stuck weaning off that later. Mine were bottle refusers, ebf and weaned onto cups at 6m and 8m. Took a month or 2 to be really good at it, you need to persist, several times a day.

The no cry sleep solution is great for bf mums if you need tips on stopping night feeds.
