Hello

I have known children with global delay. I would say patience and perseverance is key. I can imagine at times it must be fairly frustrating. Are you able to see a speech therapist? I have seen fairly good results in children who have received regular speech therapy. I suppose its about using short basic phrases to help them begin to understand and also to keep reminding yourself that there is no quick fix.
