At what age did you, or will you tell your children how babies are conceived???????

I have an 8 year old who wants to know, and i'm not sure if i think he's old enough to know yet.

If they're old enough to ask then they should be told imo.

Where Willy Went is a picture book that tells the basics of human reproduction in a funny, but non-euphemistic way (it's about the adventures of a sperm...)
I think about now is when they show an interest in this - and it's good he is asking you rather than getting a scarily garbled account from a little playground friend...

dd (7) suddenly got interested and picked up a book at the library last week.
It is actually quite good, and explains things as honestly as possible
