I haven't been to bed in 6 wks!!! I have 11wk old twins who won't sleep lying down. On the odd occasion I get one in their travel cot (downstairs) the other won't join her and sleep. In order to get any sleep one has to go in bouncer and one has to go in carseat, this is my last resort anytime from 3am so I can get a couple of hrs on sofa. I don't have luxury of sleeping during day when they do as I have 3 other dcs.

It all went wrong around 41/2 wks ish but before this they would go down to sleep around 11 in travel cot downstairs and then I could transfer them to cot in my room, when they woke in the night they would feed and go back to bed. The position of bouncer/ carseat helps them with relieving wind otherwise they just scream the house down. I dont know what to do anymore I'm too tired

Oh. Poor you. I have 8 week old twins but don't have any other and I am finding it hard enough.

Are you using infacol or anything? I also think you need to speak to the doctor or health visitor as they may have reflux/ silent reflux. An infant gaviscon prescription has really helped ours along with holding them upright for a good 30 mins after a feed.

We have also succumbed to the dummy.

Mine slept for 51/2 hours straight last night. I am not counting on it happening again any time soon but it does feel good.

Hope some of this might be of use.

HaveBrew which you need and Thanks because you deserve them.

If they don't like lying flat it could well be reflux
