Strollair my duo - views? anyone selling one?

This seems to be the double buggy that I want when DC4, DC3 will be 22 months.

We spend around two hours a day walking to and from school and town to drop off and pick up the older two so can't envisage DC3 walking it for at least another year, probably year and a half. Definitely want something where both can face me and that I can get in the house if one or both are sleeping,

I have an iCandy Apple (original old version ~2007) which I LOVE and basically I want that but as a side by side double - i.e. can face me (or out), put carrycot on, decent basket size and capable of tackling muddy uneven paths through the wood to school.

I went to see the Strollair my duo and though the seats are a bit small for DC3, it seems to be the best I can get. I tried DC3 in the Donkey and everything else Mothercare had and, to be honest, he was too big for all the seats already... I grow them tall!

Just wondered whether anyone here had any experience of it and/ or might be selling one at a decent price???

Thanks all!

Hi, I'm comparing the stroll air with the donkey and the emmaljunga double Viking just now but can't make up my mind and can't see the stroll air in the flesh. Are the seats a good bit bigger than the donkey then? I know a good few 3 year olds here in Sweden (so taller on average than UK) who seem to squeeze into the donkey seats - my DC2 is disabled so I need to try and get as long out of the seat as possible so I really should be going for biggest seat...

Have you looked at the emmaljunga by the way? It's wider at 79cm but should fit through external doors and I like the shopping baskets and the carrycot. I think the seat seems a decent size

Hi, I went to see stroll air as it's relatively near me. The seats were definitely bigger than the donkey, think length as well as width but it wasn't huge... Where sells the emmaljunga one? The problem is that buying a strollair new will just be money down the drain because as they're not really popular here, there probably isn't a second hand market whereas I could probably buy a donkey for the same as I could then sell it on. But I don't like the bugaboos. Too low, too fiddly, too expensive... Dilemmas!

Thanks miaow! New to this so didn't realise there was a pushchair forum. Shall investigate later!

I was thinking the same wrt resale values. The donkey is hugely popular here - they're everywhere! But I regret not getting it when expecting DC2 so don't want the same regrets again which is pushing me towards it.
Not sure about emmaljunga stockists in the UK - it's called the double Viking and is only out this year. It's very similar in functionality to the other two. I found the seats ok to change direction with a child in my arms which is one of my tests so don't think it is too fiddly. Just worried it is slightly too wide.
