Would anyone be able to share their feeding and sleep routines for their roughly 6 month old? My dd is a week away from 6mo so thinking of weaning. Just wanted to get a few ideas of what works for others.

Thanks

This is from memory as my chap is now 2.7 but I woke him at 6 (when dh woke for work, so we would have some time together). Bottle immediately. He was on 3 hourly bottles so we started breakfast at 8 ish. Tea was at 4 and lunch about 11:30. We introduced the meals in that order.

He would nap 8:30 to 10 and then 2 till 4. Bedtime at 7.

I LOVED weaning, it was far from smooth but I really like eating and we would spend ages sitting together at the table... Actually now I remember a meal could take up to an hour because I would load a spoon and hand it to him to rub in his hair. We have speeded up now, although he's just started eating sandwiches and that takes AGES too!

Good luck

Feed 06:00 then doze until
Get up 07:00
Yoghurt or slice of toast to gum on for breakfast
10:00 feed
10-30 - 12:00 nap
12:30 lunch - pasta / mushed veg sauce etc
14:00 feed
15:00 - 16:00 - nap
16:00 - banana
18:00 - feed and fruit
18:30 - bath
19:00 - bed

still heavily reliant in bf - any food she has is more for taste/texture than actually consuming. I love weaning - it's great fun!
