Sat chattering on with dd when she almost suddenly clutches her tummy and says it hurts. She got quite teary, so I tried to soothe her and asked her to have a try on the potty. Only a wee was forthcoming though she hasnt had a poo today (could it be constipation?)
Said she wanted to go to bed. Shes had a long and tiring day and no nap so she is tired. Ive put a nappy and pjs on her, offered her toast/biscuit/supper and she has said no. Had a dose ofcalpol to take the pain away and a cup of water.
Ive read her two stories but she cried and wriggled in pain during them.
Im suspecting its trapped wind but just want to know of theres anything I need to do? She pretty much shooed me out of her room and shes gone quiet immedoetley...is it tiredness, constipation? Could it be anything more serious?
Food wise shes had nothing new today that may cause a reaction.
