My DD is 1 on the 1st October. We want to buy her a present and need some ideas. I have been looking at a rocking snail by mamas and papas in the ELC but I am not sure. My budget is abut £60.

We bought DD a M&P rocking horse for her first birthday, and were just commenting today what a good buy it was as she was playing with it - at almost 3! She loves it and it is one of her best presents ever!

Rocking horse - the plastic ones are £15.

A pushalong/ride along car. Again, about £15.

my ds loved his vtech shape and sort rtocket when he was one, it has all different modes on it and is a shape sorter too. he absolutely loved it.

Ds liked his little truck with bricks in, his ride-on "bike" (has four wheels) and his set of lego Primo(really chunky lego, bigger pieces than Duplo, don't know if they still sell it, but might get some second hand.)

Fisher Price little people sets go down well with this age group.
