Has anyone studied Physics at QUB?

I'm starting from a place of having B at GCSE maths and CC at double award GCSE science.

I know for Physics at queens i would need ABB or at very least BBB at A Level to include math and physics.

I really need guidance in what is the best path to get into physics at queens. Is it very competitive/hard to get a place? I am thinking i need to do a GCSE in physics (as my CC in double award isnt sufficient for AS physics) then AS and A2 in physics and AS and A2 in maths.

Is this the best plan or is there something else i should be doing?

I did an arts degree at QUB so can't advise on Physics but why not give the dept a ring and ask? Or look up the relevant student society & send them an email asking if one of their members would be willing to chat with you.

You'll find most numbers/contact details on the QUB website(s) be patient for a reply though due to the time of year

I've emailed the physics admission enquires asking for someone to contact me to discuss my options. Also bumping this on the off chance some MNers have done physics at queens and want to tell me all about it. Grin
