Explosive farts/poos!

Not sue if this is the correct section to post in?
My 15 week old formula fed daughter has always been a regular once a day pooer.
The last three days she has been pooing almost every time I feed her, not much, but it comes out as an explosive fart! I can Hear her tummy gurgle just before she farts. The poo itself I have noticed has a little mucus in it and almost looks a bit oily/wet.
She is fine in herself, no temperature and eating and sleeping well.
Is there something to worry about. I am a first time mum and not sure what is normal?
The other thing I thought is she might be teething, although this seems to be my answer for everything! She is dribbling a lot and putting everything and anything in her mouth, but from what I can gather, this is normal behaviour anyway?!
Could it be the heat?
Any help from experienced mums would be helpful!

My ff dd had this just before she came down with a nasty cold. Make sure you keep her fluids up and see a gp or your hv if you are worried

Has she always been ff?

I just ask because mucusy poo can be a sign of milk protein allergy. If she has only just been moved over to formula it could be that?

Thanks for the replies. She has always been ff. hmm, wonder if she is coming down with something? She seems fine in herself though. I'll see if she is still like it by Monday and if so speak to the hv.

My dd seemed fine other than epic amounts of poop! No temp or anything but after about a week we had cough and snot fountains!

Hope she is ok sweetie
