Swim nappies for a newborn

Does anyone have any experience of using these: www.swimbest.co.uk/baby-swim-nappy-pink-179-p.asp ?

We're hoping to take DD swimming after her 6-week check, and these are about the only nappies I can find in 'Newborn' size (ordered another nappy in 0-3 and it's too loose around her skinny legs), but it looks like it might be a faff to get on...

Splash about do an extra small prem/birth-2months size happy nappy.

This looks like the happy nappy: they're usually put on over the top of a swim nappy as an extra protection. I don't know if this is too late but my advice would be to put the too-loose nappy on with one of these over the top to safeguard against accidents and make potential clean-ups easier. They are a tiny bit of a faff to get on, but I've never had much problem with a wriggly baby on a changing unit and I'm not the most handy of people.
