Is there value in taking pregnacare original after birth/whilst breastfeeding?

Ie not the one promoted as being particularly for breastfeeding...
Obviously eating well is the best option but I have a pack left over (must have lost the ability to count whilst pregnant), need all the help available to keep energy levels up and can't decide (sleep deprivation has mashed my brain).

I did - I think the extra b vitamins were good for energy levels. Certainly didn't do any harm.

Yep I did, I think the main difference between the original and the BF one is the calcium levels are higher in the BF one. Also it's more expensive!!!

I think I just used them up once I had the baby. I didn't replace them with anything once they were gone though.

Yes or at least vitamin d, we are all
meant to take vit d during pregnancy and BFing to protect our bones.

Definitely for the vitamin D...or your breast milk may be low in it and your levels will also get low.
