Absence of poo in toddler...

Dd (2.3) hasn't had a dirty nappy for 5 days, she doesn't seem uncomfortable/unwell and is otherwise eating/drinking/sleeping as normal.

She drinks lots of water (though her nappy first thing in the morning was much less wet than usual), eats plenty of fibre rich fruit and veg (she's a good eater). She flat out refuses to drink diluted orange or prune juice and am not sure what else to try? Should I just wait it out? Not sure the GP will prescribe anything at this stage.
I just keep wondering where all the food is going and when its going to explode out!

The GP will probably prescribe a suppository laxative, which is what is normally needed after 3 + days of not going.

Luckily dd did a humongous poo at nursery yesterday. Have upped her water and fruit intake.
I thought GPs were reluctant to prescribe laxatives but good to know.
