How long for boobs to shrink? (!)

I've just stopped BFing after 21 months. How long does it take your boobs to shrink down to their previous (or new permanent) size? They were quite small before and have grown a lot during pregnancy and bf. Rather worried they are going to be non-existent / saggy.

I went 36a to 40d with my dd1. Bf her for 13 months, and I seem to remember it took about a year post bf for boobs to settle back to a steady 36b. Not saggy, but felt a bit empty/deflated. Currently reinflated thanks to dd2... I suppose it will also depend on any weight gain/loss you have compared to pre-baby.
