Hi does anyone know if you can do an OU degree which would take 3 years rather than 6? Also would be able to apply for student finance for the fees to be covered if salary over 30k?

Thanks in advance

Hello. I know you can condense your study into 3 years instead of 6. I am going to study two modules this year that will equate to full time.

I unfortunately cannot help you with regards to the funding and salary question but I have found the OU team really helpful in answering any of my questions.

I'm currently doing the part time pathway but considering going full time in September. Which course are you looking at? I'm doing business leadership and management.

Thanks for the replies. Doing would just be a case of doing to module a year rather than the one. Not sure on the course at the moment, possibly more maths/physics based.

I will give the OU a all and see what they say re the funding. Thanks for the replies

I think as long as you don't have a degree already then you should be able to get the loan. Good for you, the OU is great.
