HELP -5 yr old just started wetting the bed

My 5 year old dd has started bed wetting. Normally it's around 5.30 -6.30am, so just before she wakes. She normally wakes at 7.00am.
She went through a phase of this earlier in the year, so we started lifting her when we went to bed again. We are still lifting her
This has worked for the past few months, but all of sudden it's started again. She has just returned school, but really likes her new teacher etc and hasn't complained about going back.
She is now sharing a room with her little sis, so this disturbing her aswell.
I'm also pregnant with dd3, so I really need to get this sorted before the new arrival.
Any ideas?

An infection maybe? Worth chatting to your GP about?

yeh i was going to take a sample in just in case. Thing is she seems to do this in fits and starts. We can go months and months with nothing and then all of a sudden she'll start bedwetting again.

Don't get too alarmed, but a friend of mine had a 6 year old dd that started bed wetting. A visit to the doctor and a few tests later she was diagnosed with diabetes. The bet wetting is brought on by the affects of the in balance of sugar in the bladder. She's all sorted now - on medication and is proud to tell anyone she's diabetic!
