First family holiday

Going on our first family holiday in September to Majorca and wondered if I'll need a uv tent for the beach? Has anyone used one, are they worth buying as Aldi have them on offer at the minute. My DD will be 14months old when we go.

Sounds like a good idea, your dd will want to run around but it'll be handy to have some shade for sitting eating or just resting. We have one in the garden on hot days that dd (3) ds (6mo) and I sit in to eat lunch outside and it's great.
