Oh I'm so proud and ashamed of myself at the same time

Today I bought water for school break time, fruit for break time, didnt buy any fruit shoots or crisps.

And horror of horros, I bought myself some Horlicks on the recommendation of my patients, had some last night for bed, and slept like a log after weeks of insomnia!!

Its all downhill from now on, support tights here I come

Another Horlicks fan here too. DH & I make a mug, take it up to bed and watch something we like on tv or dvd in bed (ROCK N ROOOLLLLLLLL!!!!)
