Controversial I know... Do any of your children do this? Would you recommend it? How you should you get them into it and what unscrupulous stuff should you look out for? Just wondering. My son is coming up for 2, is very outgoing and chilled and we're always getting complimented on him being handsome, gorgeous eyes etc. Sounds vain, shallow but am just wondering if we're missing an opportunity. Thanks!

Do you have long days free to tout him round auditions? Are your(and he) prepared to sit around all day waiting for his 5 seconds? Are you near London or a big city? Can you travel to auditions?

My DD was spotted by a child model scout at around age 2. But the logistics of getting her to and from places, having to write off the whole day, sort out after school/before school childcare for older DD at the drop of a hat, work round older DD's after school activities, it just wasn't going to happen.

I think if he's a PFB, you are a SAHM with no commitments, and have the means to travel to auditions then think about it. Otherwise don't bother. And find a reputable agent who doesn't charge for portfolios.

Thanks for the reply micah. Lots I hadn't thought of and definitely didn't realise how time consuming it could be. Will ponder.... Thanks again!
