DS is five months old and I'm feeling really run down and fed up.
For the past 6 weeks have just had one low-level bug after another - colds, tummy troubles, sore throats, glands up - you name it. I think my system is just compromised from lack of sleep (DS is still waking frequently through the night, even though he doesn't want feeding.) Really want to try and build myself up before I return to work in October - can any Mumsnetters recommend anything to boost my immune system and help me get my mojo back? Am so drained and can't go on like this....
