hi i am new to real nappies and a few of the nappies i have looked at say that they have a booster which can be folded differently for boys and girls. can only certain boosters be folded in a different way for girls and boys or something?

Nah - they all can, just have to put it more at the front for boys, and underneathy for the girls. I think some just like to add it in because it makes them seem more special

so you don't actually fold it?

You do, but just fold it more to the front, or more underneath iyswim.

got my clwt twt today. bit confused as to how to actually fold it. from what you have said i have assumed that you fold it more times for a boy so it is all at the front than for a girl if it has to be underneath aswell?

For boys, fold it in half so most of the padding is then at the front. For girls, don't fold, so pad covers whole area IYSWIM.
