after much deliberation i started back to work today found a super child minder all was well til i fetched the kids and my son said "i wish the childminder was my mum" now i feel crap not much i can say to that!

I should think it's just the novelty of having someone new look after him PLUS, she's a childminder, she is paid to play with them etc etc.

Bet he'd much rather have you than the childminder to put him to bed, kiss him better when he hurts himself, snuggle with him when he's poorly.

ask your ds what did the childminder do to make him say that?
you can take advice from your son!!

apparantly she buys better biscuits than me.which made me smile til he said that i could be his aunty and childminder can be his mum. grrrrrrr

no,its not its a good thing though to konw that your son can`t live without you after all ,even as his aunt!!!
