Why WHY can he have days off sick and stay in bed all day if he feels like it, but when IM poorly i have to carry on scraping poo of bums and cooking etc??? WAAAAAA - i needed to get that off - thanks

Because
(a) Until you've had manflu you can't possibly understand how bad it is
(b) Looking after a baby is easier than a proper job, so can be done even if poorly.

(And you shouldn't be cooking poo, even if you are ill).

Had a good laugh (not at your expense). Can't remember the last time I had a real "sick "day. I remember getting my 8 year old to hold the baby on the bed while I ran to throw up from flu. Don't have an answer to that one. I call it the "priviledge". Men just seem to assume rights we don't, like ignoring crying babies in the night or dirty diapers or...you get my drift.

I had the morning off work sick today - and so ds was in preschool. It was blissful to be allowed to be properly ill - even if I didn't get paid!

LOL cooking poo pablo - the way my lot react to my cooking it might aswell be poo (im a really really crap cook lol)

Sometimes i feel awful and its even worse knowing that the kids arent going to leave you alone no matter what, i feel like a 99 year old today i dont know what bug i have butt ever joint in my body feels so stiff and sore and i have done nothing but run around and pick kids up drop em off, clean up hoover up etc, he is still acting like he is about to snuff it and deserves at least a week in bed with no interuptions men can be SO annoying!
