21 mo DD; going sideways at night at waking herself up (i think)

Ok; its a long running thing and this is the last thing on my long list of things to that might be easily fixed.

DD has always been a 'mover' in bed - especially when its hot; now she's in a cot bed i have a suspicious that she is spinning in her sleep and whilst not falling out, is ending up with part of her hanging out of the bed enough to wake her up.

Short of sticking her in the spare double bed does anyone have any ideas??

Does she have one of those shield things you put on the side of the bed to stop them falling out? My dd is only 13mo so we're not there yet but our friends who have a 3.5y/o have a mesh l shaped thing that slips under the mattress and stops him falling out :)

Dress her in less for bed?

No bed guard yet as there are not many suitable for cot bed's.

Iggly. She has a sleeveless knee length onsie thing on - no vest.

If you place a piece of board under her mattress, they all become suitable for cot beds Wink
