have bewborn ds3. had no routine whatever with ds1 and struggled. was able to note when ds2 ate abd slept etc and gradually spotted a routine of sorts. would like to again try but I seem incapable of remembering anything and wondered if there was an app to help!

I would just let them feed when hungry and aim for naps every 90 mins - 2 hours or so. Going out and about helps a lot as plenty of opportunities for them to sleep (whereas with the first you tens to stay in more and fret about naps!)

As you get to 4-5 months they fall into a three nap routine and it gets easier.

I used to write everything down too. Dd fed and slept to a routine so that helped. This time round ive downloaded Baby Daybook in anticipation but havent tried it yet.

I used ibaby from Google play its free and helped me to feel more confident eventually I did get to know what my baby wanted as will you. I drove myself mad trying to write things down so this helped. Enjoy your newborn though xx

Sprout is the best one I found

I'm using BabyCare. It logs feeds, nappies and sleep. It's been brilliant and I love that it gives you summary weekly and monthly charts!

Phillips Avent does one. You can log bf as well as bottles.

I'd second sprout, kept me from going nuts in the first three months.

Yep another vote for Sprout here.

I used the Babycare app religiously for the first 6 weeks as DP was at home. Then he went back to work and I had no time to log feeds and nappy changes anymore!
