11 month eating habit and bowel problems

Hi i need some advice my little girl for weeks now has had really frequent loose bowels up to 5 x in a day sometimes yellow and watery. She hardly touches her food and favours her milk ive taking her to the doc amd cuz she seems happy in herself shes not worried but i am worried she keeps getting bad nappy rash and i dont no what i should do aby advice would be great

It sounds like an upset tummy. Are you scrupulous about hand-washing (yours and hers) before food preparation/eating and after nappy changes? What is she eating in general? It's not unusual for babies to poo five times a day (my son does it on a regular basis) but what you describe sounds more diarrhoea-like?
