Help regarding transitional fees needed

I declared the Open Degree With Honours as my transitional qualification. Have just had my second level 3 module result. This now makes me eligible to claim the Open Degree. Does anyone know if claiming it will affect my eligibility for transitional fees for the remaining 60 credits?

I thought it didn't but can't find anything on the website to confirm it and student support are only open office hours.

You can go on to the Honours part on trans fees. Trans fees cover 360 credits

I am pretty sure it is fine to claim it then carry on next year. you can only graduate once though for either the degree or hons.

Um I don't think you can, if you claim your degree without honours I don't think you can then go on and get the honours- I would contact student services and ask them.

You can def go on and do the Honours part, this is from the Regs:

"BD 3.1.4 To be awarded the degree conferred with honours, you must offer at least 120 credits from Open University modules that have not been counted towards the credit requirement of another Open University qualification, except that up to 60 of the 120 credits may have been previously counted towards an OU bachelors degree awarded without honours."

Which translates as, you have to do another 60 units.

You declared with Honours, so you're under TA until then. However, TA is very strange, confirm with student support.
