Baby constipated

My dd1 is a bit constipated, I've tried just giving her boiled water which helps usually but this time it's not helping. She's teething so I don't know if that messes up the digestion but if anyone has any tips id be grateful. She's fine and not uncomfortable but this is the second day with no poo which is unusual and would love her to do one soon

weetabix isnt advised before 6 months as it contains gluten/wheat (as do most rusks unless you buy the gluten free ones) so i would stop giving them for a start.

If you did want to give solids then use gluten free cereals and/or fruit/veg instead.

p.s. my two always went 2 days or sometimes 3 between poos but werent constipated as the poo was still soft when it arrived

Put Vaseline round her bottom so when she does go it isn't too sore. And try orange juice. Or sneak prune juice into her somehow, baked in something or mixed in juice or even just prunes. Also massaging her tummy clockwise in a warm bath . Good luck!
