Wetting Accidents

Hi Hope someone can give me some help here. I have a 3yr old D, well almost four. She has been potty trained for over 18 months and she was absolutely fantastic. Managed the potty and the toilet with no problems. We had the occasional accident, but that was to be expected. But for some reason we have stated having lots of accidents. Just this morning, while she was talking to me in bed, she just did a wee (on my bed!) I have tried all sorts of things, from ignoring it, rewarding her with stickers, marbles along with stopping her wear 'twirly skirt' (she's such a girl and loves anything that twirls) until she has stopped wetting herself for a period of time. This has all worked, but then we revert back to the wetting. However, we can go for weeks with no accident. People say that it can be her trying to get attention, but I don't think that is the case. She is at pre-school still so I don't have the worrry of her worrying about going to 'big school' and I can't think of anything else that could be worrying her. Anyone got any more ideas of helpful advise? I would be really grateful as I am getting to the end of my tether.
