What's this rash

DD has a rash on her chin and around her nose. Not irritating but red raised spots. She is 14months. I have tried Sudocrem Savlon Eumovate and Piriton and nothing has helped. Any clues?

is it a slobber rash
from teething

if it is just around her mouth areas

could also be oral thrush
are they on her tongue and inner cheeks too

no it's travelling up her face - around her nose
