could she have trapped wind....sometimes you feel hungry when wind settled down, then when it flares back up again it gives sore tummy perhaps?

is she pooing okay? whats her temperature like

If DD says she's got a sore tummy, first I'd suggest trying to do a poo. Also drinking more water. Sometimes it's just hunger, for her. But I have to say, in case it's some sort of bug, I'd steer clear of the milk. I hope it passes for your DD, and doesn't turn into anything vomity.
