I'm going back to work 2 set days a week in september. Thing is I would really like to work in another job (same role but at a different setting) and I'm keeping my eye out for a job to come up there. If I managed to get a job at the other place in future, what would I do about child care? I've found a lovely nursery and would still only need 2 or possibly 3 days, but there'd be no guarantee that it'd be the same days.
