Toddler sweating madly in sleep

DD2.4 is well, however, when she naps her entire pillow is soaked through and needs to be dried out in the sun before using again. Her head needs to be dried with hairdryer.

Her room isn't too warm and she slept in nappy and t-shirt today with light duvet.

Should I be concerned? In make sure she drinks regularly but this sweating seems excessive to me.

My DS was like that as a toddler in the summer. Still like that now some nights aged 4. He has a water bottle next to his bed so he can drink if thirsty. He's not bothered by it luckily, just a pain with having to shower him and wash the bedding so much.
